Design a Graphic Design Studio Template

Step one:

Start with a 1000px x 600px white canvas. Make a new layer set titled Template.
In a new layer draw a #008AB2 rectangle using your rectangle tool. This will be your header structure. (width: 1000px x height: 84px)
Add the following layer styles: Inner Shadow, Gradient Overlay.

Step two:

In a new layer draw a black circle using your ellipse tool. (width: 114px x height: 114px)
Add the following layer styles: Drop Shadow, Outer Glow, Stroke.

Step three:

Add your name using font Eurostile, bold, 30pt, crisp and white for color. Set Faux Italic to your text.
Add the following layer styles: Gradient Overlay, Stroke.
Set layers blending mode to Lighten.

Step four:

In a new layer draw a white large circle on the center of your wallpaper. (width: 413px x height: 413px)
Add the following layer styles: Outer Glow, Inner Glow, Stroke.
Set layers blending mode to Darken.

Step five:

In a new layer draw a #0082AC rectangle across your canvas. (width: 800px x height: 12px)
Set layers blending mode to Soften Light.
Set layers opacity level to 50%.

Step six:

Draw two 1px lines below your header structure.

Step seven:

In a new layer draw a #0082AC rectangle. (width: 742px x height: 17px)
Add the following layer styles: Drop Shadow, Inner Shadow, Gradient Overlay.

Step eight:

Add your navigation links using font Fixedsys, 12pt, crisp and #FFFFFF for color.
Add the following layer styles: Gradient Overlay, Stroke.
Set layers opacity level to 18%.

Step nine:

In a new layer draw a #0082AC rectangle as shown on the picture guide below. (width: 220px x height: 416px)
Add the following layer styles: Gradient Overlay.

Step ten:

Now draw a #DADADA rectangle, this will be your content area. (width: 742px x height: 392px)
Add the following layer styles: Stroke.
Set layers opacity level to 50%.

Step eleven:

Add your footer using font Arial, bold 11pt, none, black &#006290 for colors.

Step twelve:

Now draw a black rectangle across your header structure. (width: 1000px x height: 33px).
Add the following layer styles: Gradient Overlay.
Set layers blending mode to Lighten.

Step thirteen:

Add your featured projects on the gradient space.

Step fourteen:

In a new layer draw a #7FCEDF rectangle inside your content area. (width: 728px x height: 33px).

Step fifteen:

Finish it off by adding your content.
