First of all, you need to open your
image in Photoshop. I'm going to use this one:

Select the Patch Tool (J),

and draw around the bit of the image
that you want to remove. I'm going to get rid of the duck in
the top right-hand corner.

Now simply drag the selected area across
the image until the space is realistically filled.

Let go of the mouse, and you're done!
Here's my final image:

You wouldn't have known that the ducks
were ever there!
