Teeth Whitening
Here is a before and after example of what we will be making.

1. Selection layer.
a. Open the image you want to edit.
b. Make a new layer and title it Selection. Set the opacity to 30%.
Screen Shot c. Select the Brush Tool

. Use a relatively small brush size. I used a 3 pixel hard round brush.
d. Set your foreground color to a bright color. I used
00E02A.
e. Begin painting over the teeth, be careful not to paint the gums. If you make a mistake and paint too much, just grab the eraser and remove it.
Screen Shot2. Curves correction layer.
a. Control + Click (command + click on Mac) the Selection layer. This will put a marquee around the painted area.
Screen Shot b. Hide the Selection layer by clicking the eye icon

located on the Layers pallet.
c. Select the background layer (your image). Keep the marquee from the Selection layer.
d. Click the Create new fill or adjustment layer button

located on the bottom of the layers pallet. Select Curves.
e. This will add a new layer above the background layer with a mask on it. Also, a window will open up with the Curves info. In the Curves window, use the following settings:
i.
Screen Shot ii. Grab the bottom left box and move it upward along the left side.
iii. Place a new box in the center of the line by clicking, move it slightly down to create a gradual curve.
iv. Click OK.
f. Deselect the marquee.
3. File > Save...
Finished! Pretty easy huh?
