We start off with creating a new image 400x400 with a black background. After that we create a new layer in which we will create the smoke.
First we need to add the just downloaded brush to photoshop. Press "F5" and then click on the little arrow in the brush menu
Choose the option "Load brushes" and select the brush u just downloaded
Now the extra brushes are added to your current photoshop brushes. If u scroll down u will see the new brushes. Select "Brush 8 with size 402" as shown in the screenshot below.
Make a smoke cloud by clickinig once.
It should look like this.
Now we are going to add the layer style to make the smoke look toxic. Right click on the layer with smoke and select "Blending options" Choose the same settings as in the screenshots below.
Inner Shadow
Outer Glow color code = 4CF900
Satin
Color overlay color code = 4CF900
After that your image should look similar to this one:
Mess a bit around with the blending options till u get the perfect toxic smoke effect.

i need help. I downloaded the Brush, and i loaded it but when i load the brush nothing happens i can't click any brushes and i cant view any brushes not even the one i downloaded. It looks like the picture above. Please help me if you can.
