On another site, someone requested for me to make a tutorial for my sig.
So I made it and decided to share it.
My finished project:

I was at the dentist and I saw pictures of some really bad teeth.
I decided that it would fit perfect with a grunge theme
Once I got home, I searched yahoo images for "bad teeth" and got this:

It had great potential, so I decided to use it.
Save the pic, as you'll be using it shortly.
Started out the sig normally...
I rendered some clouds and light brushed over it

Then grunge brushed a little more and set mode to overlay

Then I made a new layer on top, and filled it in with the color #F2EAA3.
Set the mode to color.

After that, I pasted the image of the teeth into the sig.
I used the lasso tool to select around the teeth
Then I feathered it (I don't remember how much though.. probably around 7 px)

Then, in blending options, turn on inner glow with
these settingsIt should look like this:

Ok, now for some fun...
Duplicate the teeh layer. Call the new layer Blend Large.
Use free transform to enlarge it, until the teeth look like this:

Change the mode to overlay.
Lookin scary already!!
Also, add some inner glow, with same settings as before.
here.
Add a new Brightness and Contrast layer.
Change the contrast to +15

Now a slight bit tricky for beginners...
Duplicate the original teeth layer... *not the Blend Large layer*
Call this "Smudged Teeth" and move it to right about the color layer.
Now select your smudge tool. I used these
settingsThis is what I got:

Set the mode to overlay and add inner glow with again, the same
settings
Make a new layer, fill in in white. Set mode to Linear Burn.
This layer will be the Pattern layer.
--------------------------------
For beginners... Heres how to make a pattern:
Patterns are made by using small black and transparent pixels in a seperate file.
Then you just go to Edit>Define Pattern and then name it.
Heres my pattern:

--------------------------------
Now go into blending options. Select the Pattern Overlay.
Here's my settingsThis is what it should look like now:

Ok, we're almost there.
I made a new layer and added a
radial gradient to it.
Here is my positioning:

Now, set the mode to overlay and you get a great effect.

Theres the sig. Now its time for some text and a border.
The fill color in my font is white, so the text is easily visible.
For the main text, "MaDa", the font was called Pio and it was 34 pt.
I added Outer Glow to it, with
these settingsThen placed it in the top left corner for good contrast.

For "MaDa Designs", I used the pixel font 04b09 at 8 pt and sharp.
Then in blending options, applied a 1 px black stroke.

Now make a border and your done.
--------------------------------
For beginners how to make a 1 px black border:
Make a new layer. Fill it in black.
Select>All
Select>Modify>Border...
Width: 1 pixels
Select>Inverse
Press Delete
--------------------------------
Congrats... you've just made a frightening sig!
Here it is:

There ya go. Enjoy scaring people.
