[13] For this shape add the following layer styles.
[14] Create a circle using elliptical shape tool, select the first shape copy layer style, now paste it.
[15] Create the following shape with the help of Pen Tool, fill that layer with dark grey color.
[16] Select all layers, duplicate layer, place it like me.
[17] Now Duplicate this shape.
[18] Create two shape with the help Rounded Rectangle Tool.
[19] Now add the same layer styles.
[20] Create three shape with the help Rectangle Tool.
[21] Now for these shape add the following layer styles.
[22] Create a shape with the help Rounded Rectangle Tool.
[23] Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.
[24] Create the following selection with the help of Pen Tool, fill that layer with Black.
[25] Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.
[26] Duplicate this layer and place it like me.
[27] You can add some other details you like, These are my final results.
