[1] Take a new file of 400 pixels, 400 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[10] Create a 2 shape like me.
[11] Now set the opacity 45%.
[12] Merge all layers dupliate a 4 time and place it like me.
[13] Create your text, Done!!!.
