step 1

First thing to do is make a pattern using; define pattern. using the
rectangle marquee select the barcode area you will make a pattern with.then go
edit; click define pattern. this feature can be used for many purposes.

step 2

Name the custom pattern and hit OK.

step 3

create a new layer; then go edit fill.

step 4

select the new pattern and click OK.

step 5

Here is the result of the new layer.
