Pro Metallic Navigation Bar

[ rectangle tool (U) ].

Drag Button layer under Nav layer.



Result :



Make Style for Buttons
Double click the layer or go to Layers->Blending options and apply settings as shown.

Result :

Duplicate Button layer and make more buttons.


Select Nav layer and use [ Rectangular marquee tool (M) ] to make a rectangle selection.

Now press 'Delete' key for indention effect.

The Result :
