Press Ctrl + T to change dimension of layer.
Result:
Duplicate 'w1' layer.
Use [ Rounded Rectangle Tool (U)
] to create a new Rounded Rectangle.
Right click on its layer and click on [ Resterize Layer ].
Now follow the pictures.

Go to Edit->Transform->Warp

Press Ctrl + T to change dimension of layer.

Make a copy.
Use [ Rounded Rectangle Tool (U)
] to create a new Rounded Rectangle.
Right click on its layer and click on [ Resterize Layer ].
Go to Edit->Transform->Warp

Press Ctrl + T and apply settings below.
Result:
Set foreground color to red.
click on [ Brush Tool (B) ].
Press Ctrl + N create a new layer.
Use brush as shown.
change its opacity to 70%.
Result :
Click on the [ Elliptical Marquee Tool (M) ] to make a circle selection.
Use Alt key for subtraction.
Click on the [Gradient Tool (G)
