Advanced Metallic Content Box
In this tutorial we are going to learn how to make an advanced metallic content box.

Use [ Rounded Rectangle Tool (U) ] to draw a rounded rectangle as shown.
click on [ Rectangular Marquee Tool (M) ] and make a selection as shown.
Press Delete key to remove selected area then hold down Ctrl than click on its layer to make selection of it.
Go to Select > Modify > Contract ... set amount of it to 13 pixel.
Now go to select>Modify > Smooth...
Result:
Press Delete key to remove selected area.
Press Ctrl + N to create a new layer.
Change foreground color to #404040.
Click on [ Paint Bucket Tool (G) ] and fill selected area.
