Double click the layer or go to Layers->Blending options and apply settings as shown.

Your result should be like image below.
Click on [ Rectangular Marquee Tool (M) ] and make a selection like picture.
Press Ctrl + T and right click and click Skew
Result:
Press Delete key .
Press Ctrl + N to create a new layer.
color:#000000Use [ Paint Bucket Tool (G) ] to fill it.
Drag shape 1 under shape 2 and move it as show in picture.
