Paper Style Navigation Bar
In this tutorial we are going to make a Paper Style Navigation Bar.
You will make this navigation bar
Press Ctrl + N to create new blank document.
Use [ Rectangle Tool (U)
] to draw a rectangle as shown.
color:#cecece
Click on [ Polygonal lasso tool (L)
] and make a selection as shown.
Right click on its layer and click Layer Via Cut.
Set foreground color to #e2e2e2 and fill new layer.
Press Ctrl + T and rotate it (180%).
Result:
Hold Ctrl then click on its layer and click "Make Work Path".
Apply settings as shown in images below.
Now right click on its layer and click "Make Selection..."

Press Ctrl + N to create a new layer.
Set color to #e2e2e2 and fill it.
Making Layer Style
Double click the layer or go to Layers->Blending options and apply settings as shown.
Result:
