Stylish Wordpress Header

Hello,
In this tutorial, I will show you how to make a simple but stylish header for your blog.
Let's get started.

Create a new document 600px wide by 150px height. Feel free to set your own size.Create a layer and fill it with #5eaad8.

Create a new layer (Ctrl +Shift +N) , Select white for the foreground color.
Using a soft round brush (Hardness of  0% at 51px), Create something like this:

Go to Filter->Blur->Gaussian Blur.. . I set 39 for the Radius, But feel free to test another values.
Here's my result.

Create 2 new layers and fill them with white like I did.

Double click on the last layer you have created in order to open Layer Styles dialog box.
Set following settings.

Your Result should be like this:

In order to complete the header, just copy the style from the previous layer we created and paste it to our second layer.

Now add your logo, menu and etc.

Conclusion
This header is very easy to design and customize . You can change the color and create different header styles as I did.
