Make a new Photoshop icon

Start by creating a blank document. Select the [ Rounded Rectangle Tool (U) ]
set color to "Black" and create a 'Rounded Rectangle'  as shown.

Right Click on layer of Rounded Rectangle and click on [ Resterize Layer ].
